Abilities: Can control water in any of it's three forms: gaseous, liquids, and solids; can teleport through water masses as small as mist to ocean size bodies of water; keeps a water barrier around himself during battle - bullets will shatter upon impact, while faster attacking movements against him are slowed; uses water as arrows that can do exactly what he wants: an example would be where he shoots an arrow up in the air to have it explode and create a miniature rainstorm where upon which he will unleash a barrage of teleportation attacks all around the 'victim', even going so far as to teleport the 'victim' themselves in order to disorientate them and bring down their guard

Clothing: Wears a single piece of loose fitting cloth pants (black) and a simple vest (sapphire blue), along with a black backpack canteen full of water, from which he gathers his attacks' supply

Personality: Slightly shy around new people; not afraid to fight for what is right in his eyes; strangely enough, he fears pain but not death; tries to be friendly towards everyone he meets
